I guess I should explain the bit in the bottom right.
My mom had me go to some show that a local theatre had put on. It was The Music Man. Someone? Anyone? Bueller?
Yeah, anyhow, she wanted to go a'cause her friend from high school had the lead as the music man, which was pretty cool.
When I was watching the thing, he seemed a bit creepy. But maybe it was just the part. Afterwards, it was me and my mom and my grandma and two other people who went to high school with my mom and him {Tom Bolton; he's a pretty good actor.} and we were waiting around a'cause he said he'd say hi after he changed after the show.
We hung out in the lobby and chatted for a while, and the guy was super cool out of character. He acted kinda like a little kid. His head was generally low, he was kinda hunched over, and his hands were always in his pockets. He just seemed like your average, wallflower teenager, to be honest.
Anyhow, I was standing off to the side, sketching in my Moleskine like I do when I want to avoid talking. I would've talked to him, because he was interesting. But the crowd wasn't. Especially my grandma. Ugh. So I'm sketching, right, and he just HAS to comment. I hate that. I draw to avoid attention. Which is ironic, because it gets me attention. It's like...I feel bad because I do it to avoid having to talk, and yet when people see that I'm doing it, they feel like they're socially required to comment on it.
But yeah. The guy's awesome. My mom's trying to set some dinner up to hang out with him again and I wanna go because he was real interesting. He'd make a cool character base, honestly. Hm.
Anyhow, he's getting a role in "Boardwalk Empire", that sick nasty-looking HBO series about bootlegging alcohol in the twenties during prohibition. I'm begging my mom to let us get HBO just for that show. I've wanted to see it ever since I saw the first preview. The twenties were like the sixties. Only they were lost in time. And frankly, you didn't have the whole Cold War paranoia goin' on. xDD

TL;DR: I can't even think of one to summarize. I'm all over the place. Just don't feel required to read any of the above. It's pretty much irrelevant. xD
